For adding a relevant screenshot to your review.
Any screenshots you attach should illustrate your review. For example, share a copy of your broker's fees or charting tools if that's something you discuss in your review.
Unfortunately, we can't accept screenshots that don't illustrate a point you make in your review, or screenshots of publicly available information on your broker's website.
Yes, it's completely free to play. We'll never ask you for money.
Review your broker, and verify your review. This also holds true if you write a complaint.
No, you don't. You can write a review, and it will still be published online. However, we can only reward verified reviews.
To verify your review, we'll ask you to i) verify your identity, and ii) verify your trading account. Any private information you share with us will be treated with utmost confidentiality, and will never be shared with your broker.
To verify your identity, upload a copy of your passport, driver's licence, or national identity card. All corners of the document should be visible. Please take care to minimise glare to ensure that the document is clearly legible.
To verify your trading account, upload either an account statement issued in the last 3 months or a screenshot of your trading platform showing your name, as it appears on your identity document. We'll accept minor variations for accents or middle names.
You'll receive up to 6 plays for your review (or your complaint). This consists of:
2 plays for rating and reviewing your broker.
2 plays if you write a 'high-quality' review.
2 plays for uploading one or more 'relevant screenshots' to your review.
However, we reserve the right not to publish your review (or your complaint) at all if it's 'low-quality', in which case you won't be granted any plays. Please see the guidelines on this page for more information.
We reward reviews that genuinely describe your experience, whether good or bad. Here's what we look for:
Speak in the first person.
Explain what you like and/or dislike.
Provide 1 or more specific examples.
The best reviews are neither too short nor too long. If possible, aim between 3 and 8 sentences.
We won't publish your review if we have grounds to suspect that it is made-up, excessively short or long, or contains too many spelling or grammatical mistakes.
Any screenshots you attach should illustrate your review. For example, share a copy of your broker's fees or charting tools if that's something you discuss in your review.
Unfortunately, we can't accept screenshots that don't illustrate a point you make in your review, or screenshots of publicly available information on your broker's website.
At present, this isn't possible, as we only allow you to post one review per broker.
Yes, you may swap a prize for another one with the same value or less if you prefer.
We welcome users from all countries. However, we cannot pay cash prizes to players who are nationals of certain countries listed in our terms of use. Should this circumstance arise, we'll offer a non-cash prize alternative instead.
