AvaTrade's "trading academy" is absolutely fantastic, with courses for beginners. Deposits were smooth, but I haven't tried withdrawing money yet, so we'll see about that.
I feel like their platform itself could be a bit more beginner-friendly perhaps, there's a bit of a learning curve.

I like that AvaTrade's platform is compatible with MetaTrader, that's a big plus as I'm big on Expert Advisors. Their range of markets is extensive, from Forex to government bonds. Their customer service has also been very helpful whenever I've had questions, including on weekends.
