I appreciate how JustMarkets supports Nigerian traders and offers fast withdrawals. However, they should remove STICPAY as it's unreliable and causes unnecessary delays. If they can improve this aspect, they would be nearly perfect.

  The customer service at JustMarkets is terrible. Their chatbot is useless, they take forever to respond to emails, and when they do it's a templated and useless response. It's incredibly frustrating. I've rarely seen it that bad.

  So Just Market suddenly increased the spreads on Gold and JPY pairs, which feels like cheating. I understand that spreads are variable, but it makes trading very difficult. Find it hard to trust them now.

  Their trading spreads can sometimes increase unexpectedly. This makes trading challenging and can be quite frustrating.

I've also had problems with what they call 'dynamic margin requirements', particularly when trading gold (XAUUSD) over the weekend. They lowered the maximum leverage then, which caught me by surprise. This is in line with their terms and conditions, but annoying frankly.

  I’ve been trading with JustMarkets since they were JustForex. Their service has always been top-notch, especially when it comes to withdrawals. And they've recently improved their trading conditions too. For us traders in Nigeria, they are truly a blessing!
