  My experience with HYCM started well with a user-friendly platform. But then they abruptly closed my account after just one trade, withholding my funds. Now I'm waiting for a response from customer service, which is concerning.

  I'm not happy with the fees charged on bank withdrawals. So I'm now using crypto to fund my account.

  I've only been with Fxpro for one month, but so far I have found their customer service to be prompt and helpful. Some agents even follow-up to make sure my questions have been answered in full.

  The selection of assets is incredible. As a macro trader, I like to trade Forex, stock market indices, precious metals and oil. And AvaTrade ticks all these boxes.

  Withdrawing my money from AvaTrade seems to take forever. They really need to streamline that process.

  The Plus500 platform is user-friendly, but sometimes I feel limited with order controls. More options for stop-loss and take-profit orders would be helpful.

  The withdrawal process is painfully slow, taking several days to complete. This is unacceptable for a broker of their size, and it causes significant inconvenience for anyone who needs their money back.

  Their MT4 platform is user-friendly and suitable for both new and experienced traders, although I'd like to see support for MT5 added. Customer support is excellent, which balances out the cons in my opinion.

  The requirement to use crypto for all transactions can be cumbersome and adds extra fees, unless you're already in crypto.

  FP Markets offers a wide range of markets and leverage options, including up to 500:1. I also enjoy trading through their MetaTrader 5 platform.

  However, I have found that the execution of trades can be unreliable at times. I can't quite understand what is causing this.

  JustMarkets isn't fit for purpose. I had major issues in the past with withdrawals to my UAE bank account being lost. The issue was ultimately resolved, but it took 3 weeks of back and forth with their finance to resolve it. Initially, they ignored my emails, and it was an absolute nightmare dealing with them.

  I love the no minimum deposit requirement and the bonus for first-time deposits. It makes getting started a breeze.

  The selection of trading instruments could be a bit more diverse, although it does cover the most popular instruments.

  I wanted to call out how helpful the customer service has been, especially Andrei who assisted me throughout. I had plenty of questions, as I'm new to trading, but Andrei was particularly patient with me.

  Their web trading platform is intuitive and fast.

  But deposits have been delayed multiple times, which I find really frustrating, especially when you've found a good trading opportunity. And customer service needs improvement. I feel like I'm getting canned responses most of the time.

  The trading platforms are user-friendly and packed with useful features. I really that Trading Central signals are built into MetaTrader. It's time saver, particularly when the markets move fast. Great experience overall.
