Their MT4 platform is user-friendly and suitable for both new and experienced traders, although I'd like to see support for MT5 added. Customer support is excellent, which balances out the cons in my opinion.

  The requirement to use crypto for all transactions can be cumbersome and adds extra fees, unless you're already in crypto.
