I really like Plus500's charts. They're simple and uncluttered, making it easy to analyse trends. I was pleasantly surprised by the range of technical indicators. And as Plus500 saves your chart settings, it saves time.

  It would be great to have more advanced chart options, but for my basic needs, they work well.

  Plus500 is a good starting point for new traders. The platform is user-friendly, and the demo account is excellent.

  However, this isn't the right platform for advanced traders. There's no support for algorithmic trading, or trading robots.

  I'm happy with the range of instruments on offer, especially European stocks. The platform is easy to use and I haven't faced problems with my deposits or withdrawals yet. Plus500 doesn't much in the way of educational content, but I find the sentiment analysis tools insightful.

  The range of markets is impressive, especially if you want to trade stocks.

  You need to be mindful about currency conversion fees, because Plus500 will charge you every time you buy or sell instruments denominated in a currency other than your own. For example, if you fund your account in Euros but trade US stocks, a currency conversion fee will apply on every trade. There's little transparency around this, even though these fees can eat into your profit.

  Trying to get help from Plus500 customer service is a struggle. Long wait times and unhelpful responses are disappointing. They need to make big improvements to their customer support.
